About the Role Reporting to the General Manager Strategy and Enterprise Projects, the Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering a diverse portfolio of enterprise‑level projects across both business and ICT domains. Operating within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you’ll manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. What You’ll Do Lead end‑to‑end delivery of medium to large, complex enterprise projects Define project scope, objectives, success criteria and delivery plans Manage budgets, resources, vendors and project dependencies Provide clear, regular reporting on project progress, risks and issues Proactively manage scope changes and implement contingency plans Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, vendors and project teams Partner closely with Organisational Change to support adoption and readiness Embed consistent project governance, documentation and delivery practices Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across the EPMO Desired Skills and Experience

What We’re Looking For Extensive experience delivering medium to large‑scale projects across business and ICT Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and executive‑level communication Proven ability to manage competing priorities in complex environments High level of competence with project management tools and methodologies Working knowledge of software and infrastructure environments Resilient, adaptable and solutions‑focused leadership style Qualifications & Experience Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent) At least 10 years’ experience managing medium to large projects Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable) Business or management qualifications (highly regarded) At Sundale, we value our people and offer: Salary Packaging: Up to $15,900 tax-free + $2,650 for meals & entertainment Generous Leave Entitlements:
