Your Role
There is no typical working week. Here are some of the things you will be working on day‑to‑day:
Partner with the GM, PEX to shape and operationalise the People Strategy.
Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and business priorities
Act as a control tower for PEX priorities, ensuring alignment, sequencing, and delivery across initiatives.
Lead workforce strategy, future skills, capability, Talent and organisational design.
Design and lead enterprise‑wide multiyear workforce strategies that drive business productivity and growth.
Partner with business leaders and PEX Business Partners to identify future capability needs to ensure the right talent is in place.
Embed data and analytics to inform workforce planning, scenario modelling, and resource allocation
Define success metrics for workforce strategy, capability and talent initiatives
Lead the Capability & Leadership and Talent Acquisition functions, ensuring alignment to strategic workforce needs.
Champion the embedding of enterprise‑wide capability frameworks and aligned leadership programmes, ensuring they are embedded into core people processes and drive measurable uplift in capability and leadership effectiveness.
Talent initiatives along side PEX BPs – including succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and critical role identification.
Drive a culture of high performance and career growth.
Provide strategic guidance and informal leadership to the People Experience Business Partners (PEX BPs) cohort.
Foster a high‑impact PEX BP community, supporting capability uplift and strategic partnering.
Act as a thought partner and sounding board for PEX BPs on workforce planning, organisational design, and transformation initiatives.
Work closely with PEX Business partners to ensure people strategy is embedded in the next phase of Flybuys transformation – growth
Influence senior stakeholders through data‑driven insights, storytelling, and strategic foresight.
Drive transformation initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness, agility, and productivity.
Lead the change and engagement strategies to embed workforce and capability initiatives across the enterprise.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed new ways of working and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation across the business.
Drive the redesign of PEX operating models, systems, and processes to enable a modern, tech‑enabled PEX function.
Establish governance frameworks for PEX initiatives, ensuring clarity, accountability, and impact.
Your Experience
10+ years’ experience in workforce strategy, business transformation, or organisational capability roles (ideally in complex, matrixed, customer‑focused environments)
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field
Demonstrated success in designing and executing enterprise‑wide workforce strategies that have demonstrably improved productivity, accelerated capability uplift and business transformation
Deep expertise in identifying, building, and deploying critical capabilities across diverse business units with a focus on future skills, workforce agility and strategic talent pipelines.
Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with senior business leaders to align people strategy with organisational goals
Experience in leading high‑impact talent initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and critical role identification and talent pipeline management
High proficiency in workforce analytics, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies that inform workforce planning, productivity, and talent decisions
Familiarity with HRIS, workforce analytics, and emerging technologies that enable business performance
