Director of ICT

Westbourne Grammar School is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Director of ICT to provide strategic leadership, governance oversight and operational direction across all ICT services.

Reporting to the Director of Business, this executive role is responsible for delivering a secure, reliable and future-focused technology environment that underpins teaching, learning, operations and the School's Master Plan.

The Director of ICT will lead the development and execution of the School's ICT and Digital Strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and future growth. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a seasoned ICT professional who combines strategic insight with strong delivery capability and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.

The successful candidate will bring deep technical credibility, strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into well-governed, impactful programs of work. With responsibility for infrastructure, systems, security, service delivery and stakeholder engagement, this role is integral to shaping the School's digital future.
