Senior Tax Manager

This fast-growing Xero practice, located in Brisbane's inner western suburbs, offers a unique opportunity for a Business Services Senior Manager.

With 15 staff, this long established firm is experiencing strong organic growth due to demand from both existing clients and the consistent flow of new clients. The owners need an experienced senior tax manager to assist running the client base and managing the loyal team of staff as they bring the new work in.

Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr

THE ROLE The partners are seeking a highly capable Business Services Manager or Senior Manager, your duties will include:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Oversee compliance, provide strategic advice, and identify tax‑saving opportunities.

Lead a team of tax professionals and collaborate to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Manage multiple tax projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients.

Oversee tax provisions and financial reporting for accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and present new client engagement proposals.

ABOUT YOU To be considered for the role, you will possess the following;

Demonstrated tenure & experience in an Australian Public Practice accounting firm

Good communication skills, both written and verbal
