Senior Estimator

PERSOL is partnering with a leading construction company to appoint a Senior Estimator. This role focuses on major project bids, working with design teams, clients, and contractors to deliver accurate, commercially sound estimates. You'll influence bid strategy, support design decisions, and mentor junior staff, making a real impact on the success of key projects.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Over 8 years' experience in estimating or quantity surveying within the Australian construction industry

Proficient in CostX, Buildsoft, Excel, and familiar with Aconex and EstimateOne

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Engineering

Solid understanding of construction techniques, industry standards, and current market trends

Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills

Commercially minded, innovative, and able to deliver results under tight deadlines

Collaborative team player who can also work independently
