We are seeking multiple

senior Information Security Managers

to operate as

client-aligned security owners

across our financial services portfolio. Each Information Security Manager will have

end-to-end accountability

for all information security outcomes for a designated client, acting as the primary authority for security risk, assurance, compliance, and control effectiveness. These roles function as

senior leadership positions , with five (5) roles aligned to five (5) clients, and operate in close partnership with client executives, delivery leadership, and the global Information Security function. We are open to consider candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

These roles offer genuine

ownership, authority, and influence

over security outcomes for complex, regulated clients. You will operate at senior levels, shape security direction, and play a critical role in protecting clients and the organisation. As the client-aligned Information Security Manager, you will: Own and be accountable for

all information security matters

relating to your assigned client Act as the

primary security escalation point

for client executives, internal leadership, auditors, and regulators Define, maintain, and continuously improve the client’s

information security posture Lead client-specific

security strategy and roadmap , aligned to the Group Information Security strategy Ensure security controls are

implemented, operating effectively, and commensurate with risk Provide senior leadership on

security architecture, threat modelling, vulnerability management, and incident preparedness Own

client assurance activities , including audits, regulatory engagement, and reporting Manage and communicate

information security risks

that may impact client services Influence technology and delivery roadmaps to ensure security is embedded by design Provide security leadership in

pre-sales and client onboarding activities Lead, direct, and influence security specialists supporting the client Skills & experience 7+ years’ experience in

information security leadership, governance, or risk management Proven experience operating as a

senior security authority

within regulated environments Strong knowledge of

ISO 27001, CPS 234, NIST, and COBIT Demonstrated experience with

ISO 27001 and CPS 234 compliance and assurance Broad technical experience across:

Security architecture SIEM and monitoring Vulnerability management and penetration testing Network and infrastructure security Data protection and DLP

Experience leading

security risk assessments and client assurance activities Exposure to

large financial services organisations Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills Experience leading or managing

security professionals or virtual teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline Industry certifications such as

CISSP, CISM, or SABSA

(highly desirable) Leadership skills and experience you will bring into the role: Strong ownership mentality and accountability for outcomes Confidence engaging with
