About the Role
As an Account Manager (Account Partner) under the guidance of an experienced Sales Leader, you will manage a portfolio of residential real estate agency clients across the North Brisbane region. You will use consultative solution selling (virtually and in person) to drive revenue growth, deepen customer relationships, encourage product adoption and build brand loyalty, positioning Domain as an embedded solution and valuable business partner.

Responsibilities (Typical Day)
Get to know key client businesses through close collaboration and strong partnerships.
Improve client outcomes by solution-selling across Domain’s product portfolio.
Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from first meetings and demonstrations to business cases, contracts and reporting.
Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and attend customer events and sales meetings.
Strategise and implement growth initiatives.
Proactively maintain relationships, introducing new and featured products to solve client problems and support goals.
Provide world-class customer service by resolving client queries and account issues efficiently.
Provide market feedback on conditions, competitive activities, and opportunities or barriers.
Expand knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for Residential Real Estate.
Our Ideal Person
ESSENTIALS:
Proven success in B2B consultative selling / account management.
Experience crafting custom product solutions or bundles to address client needs.
Ability to negotiate, handle objections and build lasting partnerships.
Public speaking and presenting to client sales teams and decision-makers.
Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through storytelling and clear explanations of technical concepts.
Own reliable vehicle and ability to drive and visit clients across the North Brisbane region. (Car allowance provided).
NICE TO HAVES:
Sales experience across Real Estate, Media, Advertising or Software industries.
Experience or certifications in SaaS, Digital Media and/or Real Estate.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce.
