We are actively expanding our talented team to support this momentum, and we’re excited to be recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to join our growing project execution team with multiple available opportunities.

About The Role

Effectively manage office or onsite activities to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time, to budget and in accordance with Ausenco’s objectives.

Ensure that the project runs according to project plans with appropriately skilled staff are available at the required times to complete tasks.

Lead a team of engineers and technical support personnel in completing the assigned scope.

Manage the work in accordance with the project schedule and the project budget.

Managing effectively scope changes and trends – actively identify quantity, cost and time trends and management of the change process.

Maintain a professional and functional relationship with client personnel.

Demonstrate unwavering dedication to safety and proven ability to achieve deadlines.

About You

Engineering degree from a recognised tertiary institute or equivalent experience

Proven experience working in mining and minerals projects, ideally execution of mineral processing plants

Minimum 8 years EPCM/EPC experience including supervision of contractors and field personnel

Substantial exposure to project scheduling, planning, cost control, estimating and reporting.

Outstanding communication skill and ability to develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel to site as required
