What this opportunity involves: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic and vibrant team.

As the Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management and day‑to‑day operations of one of Adelaide's iconic flagship premium CBD shopping centres in Rundle Mall.

You will oversee the wider building management team including the Retail Marketing Manager, Administration Manager and Operations Manager and third‑party contractors.

Preparation and analysis of income/expenditure budgets, business plans, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and audits in accordance with the owner's critical dates.

Review and analyse performance of the centre e.g. monthly, quarterly reports, re‑forecast reports. Maintain efficient and tight control over the centre's operating costs.

Strong interpersonal skills are required to interact with owners, retailers, staff members and co‑workers. Strong negotiation and communication skills are also essential.

An Overview of the role

You will take responsibility and lead by example a team in managing, leasing, marketing and operating the centres to the very highest of professional standards to maximise the net return to the owner.

Previous experience in a CBD or sub-regional asset will be looked upon favourably as will a proven ability to lead a team.

Hold as a minimum a Certificate of Registration as Real Estate and Business Sales Representative valid within the state of South Australia.
