Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial assessments and due diligence on property and construction projects.

Analyse historical and projected performance to identify risks and opportunities.

Provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients, helping them make informed decisions.

Support business growth by identifying opportunities, shaping new service offerings, and contributing to client discussions.

Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

About You

CA-qualified with 4+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, advisory, or audit.

Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team.

Comfortable leveraging AI and digital finance tools.

Bonus:

Knowledge or interest in property and construction finance.
