Organisational Development Partner – Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Our client is seeking an Organisational Development Partner to join their team in Brisbane City.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of leadership within the organisation, working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement leadership development strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership development, with a proven track record of delivering successful programmes.

What You’ll Do

Define, design, and deliver organisational development initiatives.

Work collaboratively with senior managers and stakeholders in a complex organisation.

Contribute to building a resilient, capable, collaborative, and expert workforce.

Identify development needs of senior leaders and design bespoke programmes to meet those needs.

Effectively deliver programmes and evaluate their effectiveness, making necessary adjustments.

Provide coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders, helping them reach their full potential.

Lead the development and implementation of enterprise workforce strategies and plans to support the organisation’s vision.

Lead the design and delivery of organisational capability priority projects, policies, and strategies in workforce planning, talent management, and culture.

Prepare and coordinate project plans using project management methodologies.

Provide expert advice and high-quality reports, submissions, and briefings for senior management.

Lead and promote workforce improvement activities to drive employee engagement and capability.

Identify and present innovative process improvements for continuous organisational capability enhancement.

Manage, negotiate, consult, and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of organisational design, talent management, capability development, and performance frameworks within a large, complex organisation.

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively through strong facilitation and consultation.

Proactive approach with adaptability to changing environments and ability to deliver quality outcomes under pressure.

Relevant degree or postgraduate studies in a related discipline (e.g., organisational development) highly regarded.

No mandatory qualifications, but a related degree or postgraduate studies are preferred.
