Head of Marketing (Performance + Creative) - Vincere Australia Competitive Salary + Heavy Bonus Structure Vincere Australia is one of Australia's fastest-growing car giveaway companies. We run high-volume paid ads ($120k P/M), shoot a ton of content, and are building a brand based on transparency, entertainment, and real winners.

We're hiring a Head of Marketing who can lead performance marketing and creative direction - not someone who just talks strategy.

The Role This is a senior hands‑on role. You'll be responsible for:

Paid Performance (Core)

Owning Meta Ads end-to-end (strategy, launch, optimisation, scaling)

Working across TikTok and Google (bonus if strong here already)

Managing budgets, attribution, and performance reporting

Building a consistent testing system (creative + offers + landing pages)

Leading creative briefs for ad shoots and short‑form content

Working with our in‑house content team to produce high‑performing ads

Understanding hooks, retention, and why ads win

Turning performance data into content direction

Funnel + Conversion

A/B testing landing pages to improve conversion rates and other metrics

Helping shape offers, upsells, and customer journey improvements

Working closely with leadership to push revenue per customer up

Email + Retention (Strong Advantage)

Supporting or managing flows, campaigns, winbacks, and renewal improvement

Helping reduce churn and increase LTV over time

What We're Looking For (REQUIRED)

2+ years real experience running Meta ads

Proof you can manage serious spend (or be ready to step up fast)

Take full ownership of Meta performance and creative testing cadence

Establish a clear testing framework across ads, hooks, and landers

Be trusted to run the growth engine without hand‑holding

Demonstrated experience managing Meta ads campaigns with monthly spend of $100k or more

Strong creative instincts (you understand what makes content perform)

A "test and iterate" mindset — not a "wait for perfect" mindset

Strong communication, accountability, and speed

Australian citizenship or permanent residency status required for this position

Experience in gambling, gaming, or sweepstakes industries preferred

You Are

Driven and reliable

Detail‑oriented

Comfortable being judged on numbers

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, blunt, high‑output environment

Able to take feedback without ego

What This Role Is NOT

You're mostly a "brand marketer" with no performance experience

You need 3 months to "learn the business" before making changes

You can't clearly explain results from past roles
