We are seeking a motivated Consultant who thrives in a team environment, takes initiative, and is keen to learn. This role offers exposure to senior leaders and early responsibility, with a blend of project delivery, client interaction, and operational support. You will work across strategy, project development, commercial analysis, and day‑to‑day project delivery, gaining experience across multiple sectors including water, renewables, and transport.

Position requirements
Contribute to the delivery of strategy, development, and transaction services for major public infrastructure projects
Conduct research, analysis and documentation to support commercial, technical, or process-related workstreams
Take ownership of project administration, including the setup, maintenance, and management of virtual datarooms, document control systems, and coordination tasks
Assist with project management activities to enable high-quality, timely outcomes
Support senior team members in identifying and managing project issues
Help build relationships with clients, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders
Support bids and proposals and contribute to winning new work
Work collaboratively within a high-performing Adelaide team where everyone contributes.

To be considered you need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in a consultancy, client-side advisory, government, or project support role. To be successful, you will also ideally have:
A tertiary qualification in law, engineering, commerce, business management, or a related field
A current security clearance, or the ability to obtain one (highly regarded)
Experience with project information systems (data/document management platforms)
Good business acumen and critical thinking, with the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
