At BOQ Group, we believe strong capability underpins great customer outcomes. As our Capability Partner – Regulated Credit, you’ll play a key role in building and uplifting regulated credit capability across our Retail Brands, with a strong focus on home lending.

This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise in regulated credit and residential lending, and who genuinely enjoys sharing knowledge and developing others. You’ll partner closely with the broader Capability team, business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging, high‑quality learning solutions that support both compliance and performance.

You’ll be responsible for designing and facilitating a range of learning experiences for new, intermediate and experienced bankers. This includes onboarding programs, credit mastery pathways and targeted upskilling initiatives, delivered through a mix of face‑to‑face, virtual, eLearning and on‑the‑job solutions.

Just as importantly, you’ll keep training content current and relevant, ensuring it aligns with legislative and policy changes, enhances learner experience and drives strong customer outcomes. You’ll also evaluate the effectiveness of programs and contribute to broader Retail Bank initiatives as part of the Enterprise Capability team.

**About you**

You’re have a passion for capability building and continuous learning. You bring strong technical lending knowledge, combined with the ability to translate complex credit concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences.

You’re confident designing and facilitating training across multiple formats and are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. You naturally adopt an internal consulting mindset – taking the time to understand business needs, collaborating with SMEs, and tailoring solutions that genuinely add value.

You’re organised, adaptable and proactive, able to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance. You enjoy working in environments where change is constant and see this as an opportunity to continuously improve learning experiences, business performance and customer outcomes.
