Junior - Mid Level Lawyer - Litigation

Overview Excellent opportunity to join this specialist property, construction and strata law firm. They are currently looking for a junior to mid-level (2-4 PAE) litigation lawyer to join their busy team.

Responsibilities

Focus on property, strata, commercial, and construction litigation, with the chance to dip into other areas of law from time to time thanks to the firm’s size and variety of work.

The practice covers a broad mix of matters, including commercial disputes (contractual, trust, partnership, and debt recovery), strata, property, building and construction, and local government prosecutions — for example, prosecuting a fast-food company for Food Act breaches or a builder for failing to obtain certification.

About you

You will have

2-4 years'

experience in litigation with an interest in working with clients in the property, construction, strata and commercial sectors.

A keen interest in

dealing with clients

A proven ability to

prioritise multiple tasks
