Senior Project Engineer

to join the team and take the lead on projects in a growing pipeline. The Role Based ideally in Brisbane (but flexible), this role offers the chance to work across a broad scope of projects on a FIFO/DIDO arrangement - typically a 14:7 roster. You will be supported and mentored by highly respected industry leaders, gaining exposure across complex and diverse projects. You’ll be working on projects between $10M to $40M with strong mentorship to ensure success in the role and progression to Project Manager. Your focus will be on delivering quality outcomes, maintaining strong client relationships, program and budgets and managing resources to ensure project success. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent) Proven site-based experience managing projects through the full lifecycle Previous experience in mining or renewable infrastructure delivery Strong skills in scheduling, program management, and commercial awareness A collaborative approach with a focus on positive project outcomes Why Join?
