Purpose The Finance Business Partner will function as the key finance representative at both a strategic and operational level to ensure that business strategies are delivered and deployed. This includes a focus in business improvement and assisting the business to achieve long term sustainable growth through working on key projects & initiatives along with general responsibility for the financial health, wellbeing, management, reporting and compliance of the business. The role is ultimately responsible for the preparation and presentation of consolidated financial information including month end / annual accounts and financial performance, preparation of budget and forecast along with regular analysis and presentation of key performance metrics and drivers across all disciplines. The role needs to work closely with Global Shared Services units that support the business currently including transactional finance, AP / AR, and Product & Procurement teams, along with Global Capability Centre and the Global Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury and Legal teams. The Finance Business Partner will be given significant autonomy and needs to have sound technical, commercial and interpersonal skills along with a high level of curiosity and passion.
