What You’ll Be Doing We're seeking a Solution Architect to translate business requirements into implementable solution designs, evaluating options and providing clear rationale for the chosen approach. They will lead the definition and communication of the business, application, data, and technical vision, while documenting the solution’s structure and behaviour. With strong technical and stakeholder management skills, they shape future architecture and drive consensus for solutions that are both effective and supported. You’ll have the opportunity to:

Develop and maintain target state architectures and roadmaps aligned with business strategy and technology trends.

Analyse business requirements, constraints, and influencing factors to inform solution design.

Provide architectural leadership and ensure stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams.

Evaluate solution options from both technical and business perspectives to recommend best‑fit approaches.

Deliver end‑to‑end architecture designs across business, data, application, and technology domains.

Support development teams in adopting new technologies and promoting sound architectural practices.

Define and uphold architectural best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose.

Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, conduct architecture evaluations, and stay ahead of emerging ICT trends including cloud, APIs, and modern development frameworks.

What Sets You Apart

Degree in an IT‑related field is required; AWS/cloud and formal architecture certifications are advantageous.

4+ years as a Solution Architect across application, data, technology, and security domains.

2–3 years of experience in cloud technologies (AWS preferred), APIs, and modern development frameworks.

2–3 years in software development with strong integration and API expertise.

Experience in e-commerce (2+ years) and Martech/data technologies (1+ year) is a plus.

Strong communication, critical thinking, modelling, and risk analysis skills.

Customer‑focused with excellent interpersonal and consensus‑building abilities.

Proven consultancy skills across business analysis, IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and software design.
