Senior Marketing Manager

Currently, the business is looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing all brand initiatives and project campaigns.

This role ensures strong brand domination, strategic marketing planning, and execution across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy.

Manage brand architecture and product categories (residential, communities, precincts, office leasing, retail leasing).

Ensure the brand remains strong, consistent, and relevant across all marketing channels, including print, digital, and experiential marketing.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on creativity, innovation, and achieving results.

Develop and implement marketing plans and advertising strategies aligned with organisational and project objectives.

Expand and optimise their digital marketing ecosystem, overseeing platform and technology selection for best practice.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics to improve lead quality and reduce cost per sale.

Manage the paid media strategy, ensuring campaigns are continually optimised for performance for all projects on market.

Lead and mentor a team, ensuring the marketing team stays up to date with industry trends and marketing best practices.

Key experience and skills required:

7+ years' experience in marketing management with proven success in delivering marketing strategies in the property industry - must have experience with apartments.

Degree qualified in marketing, business or related.

Experience in implementation of effective marketing strategies, reporting, insights, and recommendations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.
