Marketing has long played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the group. As we prepare for an exciting and productive year ahead, we are seeking a passionate and experienced marketing professional to lead our Marketing team. This senior leadership role will make a meaningful contribution to the continued success and future direction of the group.

The Opportunity As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy across multiple venues at varying stages of growth, from a century-old grand hotel to exciting new concepts.

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the Managing Director, General Managers, venue leaders and the operations teams, to deliver strategic, outcome-driven marketing that is aligned with brand objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of a multi-brand marketing strategy that authentically reflects the identity and positioning of each venue

Create, manage and oversee on-brand content and storytelling across digital platforms and on-property channels

Track and analyse campaign performance, delivering clear reporting that links marketing activity to tangible commercial and operational outcomes

Collaborate closely with General Managers, venue leaders and operations teams to support ongoing property marketing, new initiatives and venue launches

Identify, develop and manage strategic commercial partnerships that complement, enhance and create synergy across our brands portfolio

What You Will Bring:

Minimum 3+ yearsโ€™ experience in a marketing role, with hotels or hospitality experience highly regarded

Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a strong eye for brand and storytelling

Hands-on, proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to identify and capitalise on marketing opportunities

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, performance analytics and reporting

A proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent platforms
