The Marketing & Design team is responsible for developing and delivering marketing programmes and projects that consistently elevate KordaMentha’s brand and deepen engagement with key audiences. The team leads on brand, design, media, thought leadership, digital marketing (web and social), events and sponsorships, and serves as custodians and champions of the firm’s CRM. Our core objective is to position KordaMentha as the premium advisory firm in the Australian market and select regions across Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities
Marketing campaigns: Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business goals. Oversee campaigns from conception through to execution, including messaging, coordinating with stakeholders, briefing creative and digital teams, managing timelines and budgets and reporting on performance.
Sponsorships and partnerships: Manage corporate partnerships and industry sponsorships, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment.
Reporting and analytics: Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement, reach, and future strategy.
Event management: Lead end-to-end delivery of events, with the support of an event coordinator, including project planning, speaker coordination, asset briefing (design and digital), client list management, invitation distribution, merchandise and collateral preparation, and on-site execution.
Marketing operations and planning support: Assist the Marketing Director with the development and ongoing management of marketing plans, templates, documentation, and executive-ready presentations.
Information, systems, and budget management: Maintain conference planning data, invoice registers, project management tools, and the marketing activity calendar to support forecasting, budget control, and delivery tracking.
Team and administrative coordination: Provide administrative support including expense management, meeting coordination, action tracking, and communication of performance cycle activities and deadlines.
Stakeholder and resource management: Manage merchandise and stock with Design and Office Support teams, and build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Marketing, PR or similar discipline
4 years of experience in a similar role, in a corporate or professional services environment
Strong digital skills and knowledge across marketing related platforms and SEO principles; CRM experience is preferable but not necessary
Proactive in identifying opportunities to add value and solve problems
Able to tailor communication style to diverse audiences, both internally and externally
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail, time management and project planning skills
Works effectively both as part of a team and autonomously
Solid knowledge and experience using Microsoft Suite of products – Word, PPT and Excel
