The Role As our new

Centre Director , you’ll be leading from the front – but off the floor, so you can focus on what you do best: inspiring your team, supporting families, and ensuring excellence across the service.

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily operations and compliance

Leading, mentoring and developing a dedicated team of educators

Building strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community

Driving continuous improvement in line with the NQS and EYLF

Competitive salary starting at $90,000 (based on experience) plus commission

Who You Are

Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Previous experience in a leadership role within Early Childhood Education

Knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and regulations

A warm, approachable leader with excellent communication and organisational skills

Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and delivering quality outcomes for children and families

Excellent interpersonal skills with employee, management and families. Excellent knowledge of National Quality Framework.
