You will lead a diverse and expanding sales organization, embedding sales and pre‑sales expertise across priority markets to execute a disciplined go‑to‑market strategy spanning five core industries and multiple product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver sustained revenue growth and margin performance across priority markets

Build, scale, and inspire a high‑performing hunter sales organization

Lead net‑new enterprise acquisition with tier‑one, blue‑chip customers

Define and execute a disciplined, cross‑portfolio go‑to‑market strategy

Succeed in a matrixed, high‑autonomy environment with clear accountability

Establish a performance‑driven culture across a geographically diverse region

Deliver predictable forecasting and execution rigor at executive level

What You Bring

Proven success building and leading high‑growth enterprise sales teams

Track record of consistently exceeding targets in enterprise software or technology

Strong background in complex, solution‑based selling cycles

Demonstrated ability to design, operationalize, and scale GTM strategies

Executive presence with the credibility to build long‑term strategic relationships
