Our Marrickville team require a Business Performance Manager (commonly known in the industry as Centre Manager), with proven experience in managing a high volume Repair Centre within a rapid environment. Our leaders are responsible for achieving the highest level of quality standards and customer satisfaction for the individual Repairhub site, whilst driving exceptional performance outcomes from the team. Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar site leadership position Trade qualification in either Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly advantageous Computer literate, excellent people management skills and strong customer service Appropriate Australian working rights and valid drivers licence Reward and Working At Repairhub
