Your Role As Centre Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll work closely with your Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader to drive quality, team culture and family engagement.

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop your educator team Maintain a positive, collaborative centre culture Drive occupancy and service performance Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold NQS standards Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community Oversee budgets, rosters and centre performance metrics

About You Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care 3–4+ years Centre Manager experience Proven success leading an established centre Strong leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of Regulations & NQS Passionate about quality early education and building community Current WWCC, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Food Safety Supervisor
