What you'll bring

15+ years' experience client-side or contractor-side, with a sound construction delivery pedigree.

Proven leadership across retail fit‑out, refurb and commercial office programs—multiple concurrent projects, complex stakeholder environments.

Sharp commercial judgement (scope, program, risk, claims) and confident stakeholder communication.

Tidy governance and reporting discipline; you don't drop the ball.

What you'll do

Set strategy, programmes and budgets; lock alignment with senior client stakeholders.

Lead consultant / contractor teams to drive quality, safety and cost outcomes.

Resolve issues early, manage risk and keep decisions moving.

Mentor juniors and lift delivery standards across the portfolio.
