We are looking for a

Brand & Growth Marketing Lead

to build the marketing engine from scratch.

This is a hands on 0 to 1 role. You will define positioning, shape Go To Market strategy, build pre launch momentum, execute launch and own brand growth end to end. This is not a social media posting role. This is not just running ads. This is full ownership across brand and growth.

What you have done

Personally owned end to end campaigns, from strategy to post mortem

Built or scaled a D2C brand, ideally premium or fashion aligned

Developed and executed a Go To Market strategy

Managed brand channels with measurable growth outcomes

Worked in early stage or high ownership environments

What you will be responsible for

Defining and protecting brand positioning and narrative

Building and executing pre launch and launch strategy

Driving organic momentum across social, community and creators

Owning KPIs across awareness, engagement and revenue

Turning performance insights into structured growth decisions

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in similar field

5 to 7 plus years managing and scaling professional brand channels

Proven ability to develop Go To Market strategies

Personally owned end to end campaigns from brief to post mortem, with at least one concrete case study you can clearly walk us through.

Experience launching or scaling a premium D2C brand. If it is in fashion, that is a strong advantage

Ability to lead social media end to end from strategy to execution

Strong storytelling with high aesthetic standards

Ability to define clear KPIs, track performance and turn insights into actionable growth strategies

Deep understanding of digital channels and growth mechanics
