About the Role As Clinical Practice Director, you’ll lead and inspire nursing teams, shape clinical services, and drive excellence in patient care across CALHN. You’ll manage high-level practice standards, foster a positive culture, and influence innovation across your program.

Lead and support nurses and nurse practitioners across the program

Build strong clinical governance and safe, effective practice systems

Create and refine policies, guidelines and evidence-based pathways

Drive service improvement, research and practice development

Maintain collaborative relationships across teams and external partners

About You You’re a confident, strategic nursing leader ready to shape clinical practice and inspire teams across CALHN.

Registered Nurse with NMBA registration and current practising certificate

Lead teams to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care

Drive change, innovation and evidence-based practice across services

Manage resources, systems and processes to achieve clinical outcomes

Apply quality improvement, governance and project management skills
