Are you an experienced Retail Property Manager or Centre Manager ready for your next challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins of multiple retail centres across Adelaide, building strong tenant relationships, driving asset performance, and making a real impact.
About the Role
In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for the smooth, day‑to‑day running of a portfolio of retail assets. You’ll work closely with the owner, tenants, contractors, and internal teams to keep things running efficiently, maintain high standards, and achieve strong commercial results. No two days will be the same; you’ll be balancing operational tasks, tenant engagement, and strategic planning to get the best out of every property.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of shopping centres and standalone retail sites
Overseeing lease administration, rent collection, and budgeting
Building lasting relationships with tenants and supporting strong occupancy
Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor performance
Preparing and presenting property performance reports
Ensuring compliance with all legal, financial, and operational requirements
About You
3 years’ experience in retail or commercial property management
Solid understanding of lease agreements and retail tenancy legislation
Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Confident using property management software (e.g. MRI, Yardi or similar)
A current property management or real estate licence (where required)
