Key Responsibilities

Deliver recruitment outcomes across all business units

Lead recoverable recruitment processes aligned with workforce targets

Partner with hiring managers with role scoping and proactive sourcing

Promote EVP and referral programs to boost visibility and engagement

Grow and manage the recoverable talent pool through targeted campaigns

Share recruitment data to inform workforce planning and business decisions

Ensure compliance with KPIs reporting standards and onboarding satisfaction
