Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Azure Consultant

with a strong background in traditional infrastructure and deep expertise in Azure architecture and migration. This role is pivotal in leading cloud transformation projects, designing scalable Azure solutions, and executing complex migrations from on‑premises or other cloud platforms to Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient Azure infrastructure solutions.

Provide architectural guidance across IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environments.

Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Migration & Implementation

Lead end-to-end Azure migration projects using tools such as Azure Migrate, ASR, and third‑party solutions.

Assess existing infrastructure and develop migration strategies and roadmaps.

Execute lift‑and‑shift, re‑platforming, and modernisation initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practices and strategic guidance on Azure adoption.

Conduct workshops, assessments, and proof‑of‑concepts.

Operations & Optimisation

Support post‑migration optimisation, cost management, and performance tuning.

Implement governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Azure environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in infrastructure consulting or systems engineering.

3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure.

Proven experience with

Azure Migrate ,

Azure Site Recovery , and other migration tools.

Strong understanding of networking, identity, storage, and compute in Azure.

Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration with on‑premises systems.

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

or equivalent.

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) is advantageous.
