In this role you will:
Craft and execute Sales & Marketing strategies across domestic and international markets positioning the hotel as the destination of choice for luxury travellers.
Lead mentor and empower the Sales & Marketing team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and measurable results.
Set manage and deliver on budgets for Sales Marketing and Conference & Events Sales departments while driving commercial performance.
Monitor market trends competitor insights and economic conditions adapting strategies to maximise occupancy RevPAR and market share.
Prepare insightful reports track KPIs forecast Meetings & Events revenue and provide actionable guidance to the Executive Team and General Manager.
Represent the hotel at industry events trade shows and networking functions building the brand and generating meaningful connections.
Lead client meetings sales trips and promotional initiatives that raise visibility and attract new business.

Qualifications :
Significant experience in Sales and Marketing within luxury hotels
Demonstrated ability to source and convert key business opportunities
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
Strategic thinker pro-active and focused on achieving results
Full knowledge of marketing streams digital and social media
Ability to lead supervise and coordinate a multi-skilled team
Passionate for luxury and knowledgeable about opportunities in the segment
Proficiency in hotel management systems and software
Well-refined sales techniques customer relationship management communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
