Associate to Manager – Greenfield Social Infrastructure Fund

Our client is a growing fund manager that specialises on greenfield infrastructure. Their focus is on social/affordable housing which is getting a large amount of support from their various investors. After a highly successful 2025 - this fund manager is looking to expand their team with an Associate/Manager level hire. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across the full deal lifecycle — from early feasibility to financial close — while helping shape assets that make a meaningful community impact. Key Responsibilities

Oversee, build, and maintain detailed

project finance models

to support investment decisions Prepare investment papers covering returns, capital structure, funding requirements, and risk assessments Work closely with technical advisors and engineers to validate key model inputs and project assumptions Support debt sizing analysis and engagement with lenders Contribute to execution workstreams including due diligence, commercial negotiations, and financial close processes Assist in the development of greenfield pipeline opportunities and internal investment proposals Required Experience

Strong

project finance modelling

capability with demonstrable build-from-scratch experience Exposure to

greenfield infrastructure transactions

(social infrastructure highly beneficial; transport or renewables also considered) Solid understanding of debt financing structures and lender requirements Strong analytical and communication skills — able to translate technical information into commercial insights 3–7+ years’ experience in project finance, investment banking, infrastructure funds, advisory, or similar environments What’s on Offer
