About the firm
Our client provides estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation with practical, empathetic guidance, out of their office in Brighton. Recognised in

What you'll be doing
Lead and run files across estate planning (complex wills, testamentary trusts, POAs, guardianship)
Manage probate and letters of administration, executor advice and estate administration from start to finish
Conduct and resolve estate disputes (family provision, will challenges, executor/beneficiary disputes) through negotiation, mediation and, where required, litigation
Deepen client relationships and referral networks; bring and grow your portable client base
Contribute to practice development, with scope to help establish/expand a city presence
About you
10+ years PAE with solid experience across estate planning, administration and disputes
Admitted in Victoria with a strong technical base and commercial judgement
Client-centred communicator with empathy and maturity in sensitive matters
Portable client base (full or partial) welcomed
Comfort with BD/referrer engagement; desire to help shape a growing specialist practice
Accredited Specialist (Wills & Estates) valued (not essential)
