We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to join our growing development team. In this role, you will: Design and build reliable, scalable, high-performance applications. Drive best practices across code quality, architecture, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions. Lead by example — mentoring and supporting other developers to help them grow. Work on projects that directly impact some of the biggest names in hospitality. What You’ll Do

Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following modern engineering standards. Expand and scale our core platform, ensuring reliability and performance. Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems. Implement security best practices across all applications. Problem-Solving & Innovation: Tackle complex technical challenges with creativity and precision. Translate business needs into robust technical requirements. Research, recommend, and introduce new tools or technologies to enhance our products. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning. Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and other engineers to deliver great outcomes. Promote teamwork and shared ownership within your team. About You

You’re a passionate, hands‑on engineer who loves solving real-world problems and building software that matters. You’ll bring: A tertiary degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL or MariaDB a plus). A proactive, problem‑solving approach and attention to detail. Experience working on scalable systems or SaaS products. Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills. Our Values
