Your opportunity:
The Director of Nursing (DON) - Patient Flow and Emergency Department is a nursing leadership and management position, accountable for operational and professional leadership, management, and delivery of nursing services within the Bundaberg Hospital and Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) specifically Patient Flow and Emergency Department.
The DON is also accountable at an expert professional and leadership level for the delivery of high quality, evidence-informed nursing standards within the WBHHS.
The DON provides professional leadership to nursing staff and is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of nursing workforce plans which are consistent with contemporary standards and best practice.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $204,927 p.a., comprising salary of $179,609 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 11) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
