Senior Project Manager

for a critical, high-visibility transformation project.

This isn’t a "greenfield" steady-state role. We are looking for a specialist to take the reins of a major multi-site (AB) project currently in flight. You will be replacing a high-level consultancy lead, meaning we need someone who can maintain a rigorous standard of delivery while bringing a pragmatic, internal‑stakeholder-first approach.

The Mission:

You will be the bridge between a diverse business landscape and a complex web of external vendors. Your goal is to de‑risk the roadmap, align competing priorities across multiple brands, and ensure technical deliverables are empowered, not blocked.

Vendor Ecosystem Orchestration:

Move beyond "command and control" to foster a collaborative yet highly accountable relationship with key external partners.

Rapid Integration:

Hit the ground running on a project already in motion, quickly identifying dependencies and clearing bottlenecks.

Stakeholder Navigation:

Manage a multi‑layered environment—balancing the needs of business units, technical teams, and parallel project streams.

Decisive Leadership:

Be the "voice of truth" for the project—holding others accountable and making clear, data‑driven decisions on project direction.

Your Profile

The "Seasoned Player":

You have a proven track record of delivering multi‑site or multi‑brand integrations (Retail/Consumer sector experience is a significant advantage).

Vendor Management Specialist:

You know how to get the best out of third‑party providers through assertive collaboration.

Outcome‑Driven:

You focus on the "Why" and the "How," ensuring the business realizes actual value, not just ticked boxes.

High EQ/IQ:

You can read a room of executives just as well as you can parse a technical dependency log.
