About the job
The Business Leader – Personalized Medicine & Compounding Pharmacy will oversee Fagron’s Australian operations, driving commercial excellence and strategic growth in personalized healthcare. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for full P&L management, business development, team leadership, and ensuring alignment with Fagron’s global values and standards. The ideal candidate combines deep industry expertise with entrepreneurial vision and a passion for advancing individualized patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Strategic Leadership
Own and manage the full Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for the Australian business unit.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with global and regional targets.
Commercial Growth
Lead business development initiatives across pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics.
Identify new market opportunities in compounding pharmacy, genomics, and advanced therapies.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand Fagron’s market footprint across Australia.
Team & Culture Building
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across commercial, operational, and technical teams.
Foster a culture of performance, integrity, and collaboration, aligned with Fagron’s Family Rules.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning initiatives.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure adherence to Australian regulatory standards (e.g., TGA, USP
/ ) and Fagron’s Code of Conduct.
Promote best practices in compounding safety, quality assurance, and pharmaceutical ethics.
Be the ambassador of
Fagron Family Rules, Values, and Culture.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Business, or Life Sciences (MBA or MPharm preferred).
Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, compounding, or personalized medicine.
Proven track record in P&L management, sales growth, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of Australian healthcare regulations and pharmacy operations.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
