Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney for aDynamics 365 Senior CE Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting requirement analysis, providing management consulting, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft products, and offering ongoing support and training for end-users. While the role is based in Sydney, some remote work from home is acceptable. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, design CRM solutions, and deliver results Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and stakeholders Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement strategies What You Bring: Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE implementations preferably 8+ years Strong understanding of customer engagement processes and CRM best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Microsoft certifications are highly regarded Why Join Us?
