AMIGA Montessori Saltwater Coast is looking for a Centre Director that is passionate and enthusiastic about Early Years education. We are a centre that is dedicated to providing quality child care, interactive learning and memorable experiences. We are looking for a highly motivated leader to inspire our great team.

AMIGA Montessori provides quality education and care for children aged six months to six years in large, purpose‑built centres. AMIGA provides a holistic educational programme that is structured around the Montessori pillars, and which aligns with and is governed by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

What We Need From You:
Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor or Masters in a relevant childcare course
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Centre Manager
Strong roster management skills
Experience in building and maintaining utilisation
Experience managing a budget, and bad debt processes
Understanding of the National Quality Standards, and corresponding law and regulations
Experience managing KIMS, ISS, ACCS, NQATIS
Exceptional leadership skills
Exceptional customer service skills – building parent and community relationships
Performance management skills, and ability to build and manage a team according to company standards
Montessori qualifications or experience highly desirable
