About the role:
The Head of Growth is a key strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence across the spatial and data management sectors. This role leads the regional business development function, shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, overseeing bids and tendering activity, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring innovative geospatial solutions to clients.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive regional growth strategy aligned with group objectives
Collaborate closely with State Managers to ensure growth plans are aligned with delivery capacity, technical capability, and operational priorities
Work in partnership with fellow Heads of Growth to ensure alignment across national and international strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, digital strategies, and thought leadership initiatives
Strengthen and grow relationships with existing tier 1 clients through a structured approach to account development
Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring commercial terms align with profitability goals while meeting client expectations
Work with segment growth leads to ensure a strategic approach to portfolio growth by prioritising key client challenges and aligning solutions
You’ll thrive in our team if you have:
Strong relationships across design engineering, major infrastructure, local government and asset owners
Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth‑focused roles within the geospatial, engineering, or infrastructure sectors
Strong knowledge of underground utility detection, geospatial technologies and tech platforms
Demonstrated success in preparing and winning tenders for government or infrastructure clients
Familiarity with GIS platforms, CAD tools, geospatial systems, and data integration platforms
Solid understanding of compliance standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Key requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, geospatial science, surveying or a related discipline (desirable)
Willingness to travel as needed with a valid driver's licence
