Join a well established, well backed Perth builder with a strong seven year pipeline of secured projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for a major $100m residential high‑rise now moving through façade and fit‑out.

With approximately 12 months remaining until practical completion, you’ll step into a stable, long term position with a company known for delivering quality multi‑storey projects across Perth.

The Project

Two 13‑storey residential towers with basement

Located south of the river in Perth

Currently progressing through façade and fit‑out

The Role As the Site Manager, you will oversee all on‑site operations and ensure the project maintains quality, safety, and program commitments.

You will:

Manage day‑to‑day site operations and subcontractor coordination

Drive safety, QA, and program adherence across both towers

Work closely with the Project Manager, delivery team, and consultants

Oversee trade sequencing, logistics, and site compliance

Support the team through to a smooth, high quality handover

About You

Significant experience as a Site Manager on multi‑storey or large scale construction projects

Strong background delivering high‑rise residential or commercial builds $50m+

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

Solid understanding of WA building standards, codes and safety practices
