The Role

As Head of Sales, you will lead the national sales strategy and manage a close‑knit team of experienced sales professionals across key markets. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding retail and commercial partnerships, and ensuring alignment with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the national sales strategy.

Lead, coach, and mentor a high‑performing sales team.

Build and strengthen relationships with retail, developer, and commercial partners.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.

The Candidate

10+ years' experience in sales or commercial roles, within design‑led manufacturing, consumer goods, or home solution products.

5+ years' leadership experience – ability to lead and inspire a team in a growth‑stage environment.

Strong track record in strategic sales planning and execution.

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Commercially astute, proactive, and results‑driven.
