Datapay Consultant A$80,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr base pay range. This range is provided by Datacom. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Overview This role is working within the Datapay Direct Customer Success team. The Datapay Consultant role is to assist Datapay clients with their queries, ensuring client satisfaction. This role also involves supporting ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Flexibility with 4 days at home and 1 day in the office. Based in Sydney, aligned with Perths business hours (10:30am - 7pm Sydney time).

What you\'ll do

Answering client queries in a professional, knowledgeable, and timely manner.

Confidently explain calculations and assist with problem solving.

Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Attend relevant product and skill courses and share relevant points with the team.

Share information and best practices amongst the team.

Provide a learning environment while mentoring new consultants.

Work within the Customer Success team to achieve our goals.

Keep client records updated and log all customer emails.

What you\'ll bring

Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation.

Experience in using Datapay payroll software.

Experience in end-to-end payroll processing.

Understanding of payroll processing in a bureau environment is an advantage.

Over 2 years\' experience in payroll processing.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor and support others.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to clearly explain policies and procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
