with proven software sales experience, ideally within the energy sector, to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, building high-value customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across Australia, New Zealand, and the US.

Responsibilities

Leading the software sales strategy

Driving revenue growth in alignment with business goals

Managing a small team to drive strategic customer relationships

Growing an overseas sales team focused on software solutions

Identifying new opportunities and partnerships within the electricity and software sectors

Negotiating MOUs and strategic commercial agreements

Qualifications

8 – 10 years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership

Strong background in the electricity utilities sector

Proven success in software sales, preferably in energy or technical sectors

Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and build strategic partnerships

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally overseas

Familiarity with the Australian energy market and regulatory landscape
