Cardiology Registrar / PHO – Coastal QLD Are you looking to advance your career in cardiology while enjoying a relaxed coastal lifestyle?

We are seeking Cardiology Registrar or Principal House Officer to join a well‑established cardiology department within a major regional hospital in Queensland. This is a temporary full‑time position with excellent professional development opportunities.

The Role You will be part of a busy and supportive cardiology team providing comprehensive services to the region, including:

Interventional and non‑interventional cardiology

Cardiac catheterisation (IVUS, OCT, FFR)

Pacemaker / ICD / CRT‑D insertions

Cardiac investigations including echo (3D), stress echo, TOE

Holter monitoring, ambulatory BP, stress testing, event recorders

Heart Failure / Titration service

Onsite CTCA and cardiac MRI services

You will work closely with a team of cardiologists, advanced trainees, registrars, junior doctors, and nursing staff to deliver high‑quality patient care.

About You

MBBS or equivalent, with AHPRA registration

Experience in cardiology or acute medicine

Strong commitment to teamwork and patient‑centred care

Excellent communication and organisational skills
