We are seeking an outstanding Head of Middle School (Years 7–9) to lead with purpose and passion. Reporting to the Deputy Principal and as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape the direction of the Middle School by driving student wellbeing, engagement, and leadership. This is a full-time position with significant time release (0.6 FTE), offering the opportunity to lead strategically while remaining connected to the classroom. The role is offered as a 3-year position of responsibility with an ongoing substantive teaching position thereafter at either fulltime or 0.8 by negotiation. Key Responsibilities

Provide inspirational leadership of the Middle School wellbeing and behaviour programs. Inspire and mentor staff and student leaders to foster a strong sense of belonging and purpose. Build positive partnerships with students, families and the wider community. Champion evidence-based wellbeing and behaviour management practices. Collaborate across the school to ensure a seamless learning journey from Primary to Senior School. Represent the school's values and vision at key events and within the broader community. About You
