The business is consolidating operating divisions and during the early stages of the organisation’s transformation, there will be a balance of reporting and commercial work. As the structure settles, the role naturally shifts into a purely strategic focus, partnering closely with senior leaders to guide performance and future growth. The Challenge

Partner with leaders to interpret results and identify margin, efficiency, and revenue opportunities

Provide commercial insights to support planning, pricing, and decision‑making

Lead budgeting and forecasting activities with operational teams

Establish and maintain accurate KPI reporting across your business units

Build strong working relationships across the organisation and with external advisors to enable collaborative problem‑solving

Own and support an accurate, timely month‑end close and contribute to management reporting for key stakeholders

Ensure complete, accurate, and timely delivery of all financial and compliance reporting

Maintain financial systems, streamline processes, and strengthen internal controls

Demonstrated ability to evolve into a business partnering capacity, translating financial information into actionable business insights
