We are recruiting an experienced Selections/Prestart Consultant Team Leader to join our team. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, the duties of the role will include providing support, training and mentoring to our Selections Team, along with providing a high level of customer service to ensure clients have a memorable journey with Plunkett Homes. You will monitor workflow within the team and report back to the Administration Manager to ensure a smooth and seamless journey during the selections process. This role is a key position in the business and requires someone with passion, determination, and a flair for all things creative. About the Role

Responsibilities

Ensure KPI's within Selections Team are met and report directly to the Administration Manager on team performance. Support Administration Manager with training, development and mentoring of the Selections Team. Ensure a maximum level of customer service is delivered to clients during the pre-construction phase, with particular attention paid to the prestart/selections phase. Run daily workflow analysis on Framework (Workflow System) and keep up to date with required milestones. Attend weekly job book meetings with the team and Administration Manager. Qualifications

High attention to detail. Experience in a similar role essential (minimum 3-5 years in the residential building industry). Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Selections or Pre-Start role within the building industry. Personal accountability. Experience in managing relationships and effective communication skills. Effective time management. Advanced organizational skills. Empathy and sound leadership skills. Must have unrestricted Australian work rights. What we can offer you
