As our business continues to grow and evolve, we are currently looking for talent at General Manager level across various functions. These Enterprise Leadership roles report to our Executive Leadership Team and will help shape and lead Coles Group strategy with the common goal of delivering simplicity and value for our customers, suppliers and team members.

About you and your skills

We’re looking for Executives with:

10+ years in a senior leadership position for a customer driven business, including but not limited to Retail, FMCG and consumer industries

Experience building effective engagement & trusted partnerships with c-suite stakeholders

Proven leadership of large diverse management teams

A track record of leading the development and implementation of long-term business plans and budgets

Experience leading major change programs that impact customers, team members and communities

Experience designing and working with agile operating systems

Strong commercial expertise gained from a broad range of experiences

Understanding of current and emerging global markets

Cross functional understanding and vision
